WELLNESS THROUGH WATSU & CRANIO SACRAL WORK WITH PAMELA YOUNG

Pamela Young is a Certified Massage Therapist and Watsu practitioner. Having grown up on the Native American Indian reservations in Arizona and Alaska, USA she has a diverse a rich culture to draw upon. She worked in the medical fields of orthopedics and pathology until studying massage therapy in Scottsdale, Arizona and Watsu at Harbin Hot Springs in California made her opt for a career in the Spa industry.

Pamela has worked at world-class spas in Scottsdale and most recently at MiiAmo Spa in Sedona, Az. She has appeared on the Travel Channel on TV to demonstrate Watsu. Pamela also owns and operates a private day spa called Creative Wellness. Specializing in therapeutic massage, she holds certification in deep tissue, lymphatic, craniosacral, Reiki, Thai and Watsu.

Using the aforementioned modalities, each treatment is specialized to her client's needs. Always eager to learn, Pamela is excited to be able to experience first hand the Ayurvedic practices native to India and is also anxious to be able to live and work within a different culture. She feels it is an honor and privilege to teach and perform treatments at Ananda in the Himalayas and Shanti Ananda Maurice and looks forward to learning more of the culture and people of India and Mauritius.

She will use a combination of Massage therapies and Craniosacral work to assist with a client’s wellbeing.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY (CST) / DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE / PERSONALISED MASSAGE – at Ananda in the Himalayas/Shanti Ananda Maurice

CST is a very powerful but gentle treatment of the whole body originated from Osteopathy.

The therapist is trained to feel and listen to the subtle motion of the Craniosacral Rhythm. Physical or emotional shock creates tension in the body, which leaves the tissues tight and contracted creating short and long term pain.

90 MINS – INR 4800.00 PER PERSON
